Storage upgrade — more images and products
A paid add-on that raises your limits — 2 GB of image storage (up from 200 MB) and 450 products (up from 50). One plan covers both.
Every shop gets 200 MB of image storage and room for 50 products for free. The Storage upgrade lifts both to 2 GB and 450 products — one monthly plan. Find it under Manage → Storage.
This plan is the Features add-on: the same subscription also unlocks custom domains, so you can serve your shop on your own web address.
Check your usage
The Storage page shows a meter: - Image storage — how many MB of photos you've uploaded vs your limit. The bar turns amber as you near the limit and red when you're nearly full. - Products — how many live products you have vs your allowance.
When you hit a limit
- Images: if an upload would push you over your storage limit, it's rejected with a note. Remove some photos, or upgrade.
- Products: once you're at your product allowance, the item editor stops you adding more until you remove one or upgrade.
Upgrade
- Go to Manage → Storage.
- Review the price and what's included, then click Upgrade storage.
- You're taken to Stripe to pay securely. Your raised limits apply as soon as the payment confirms.
Open Manage billing any time to update your card or cancel. If the subscription lapses, your limits return to the free tier — your existing images and products stay, but you won't be able to add beyond the free limits until you resubscribe or remove some.
