Adding team members
Invite another email to help manage your business. Managers can run the whole dashboard — items, orders, messages and settings. Only owners can change who's on the team.
Invite someone to help manage your shop
You don't have to run everything yourself. From your dashboard, open Team in the sidebar to invite a colleague to co-manage the business.
- Go to Manage → Team.
- Under Invite by email, type their email address and press Send invite.
- They get an email with a link to join. When they open it, they sign in (or create a free account) with that email address and accept.
Once they accept, they appear under Members as a Manager.
What a manager can do
A manager can do everything you can in the dashboard — add and edit items, handle orders, reply to messages, and change shop settings. The one thing reserved for owners is managing the team itself: only an owner can invite new people or remove members.
Pending invites
An invite you've sent but that hasn't been accepted yet shows under Pending invites. You can Withdraw it any time before it's accepted — the link in the email stops working straight away.
Removing someone
Owners can Remove any member from the Team page. A business always needs at least one owner, so the last owner can't be removed.
The accept link is tied to the invited email address — if it's forwarded, only someone signed in as that exact address can use it.
