Customer feedback — your QR code

Print a QR code customers scan to leave anonymous feedback — an issue, general feedback or a suggestion — and manage what comes in from your feedback inbox.

Customer feedback gives your shop a printable QR code. A customer scans it, picks what their message is about — an issue, general feedback or a suggestion — writes a few lines, and it lands in your feedback inbox at Manage → Feedback. No account needed, and it's anonymous: we don't record who sent it.

Print the QR

Open Manage → Feedback and click Print QR code. You'll get a print-ready "Tell us what you think" sheet — Print it or Download SVG — and can place it where customers will see it: by the till, on tables, in the window. The same QR works forever; you only need to print it once.

What customers see

Scanning opens a single short page with your business name on it. They choose one of three cards — An issue, General feedback or A suggestion — type their comments and tap Send feedback. That's it; they see a thank-you page and can carry on with their day.

Your feedback inbox

Everything arrives in Manage → Feedback, newest first, each entry tagged with its type and when it came in. From there you can:

  • Filter — switch between Active and Archived, or narrow to just issues, general feedback or suggestions using the chips.
  • Archive — tick one or more entries and choose Archive to file them away once you've dealt with them. Archived entries keep forever unless you delete them; Restore moves them back to active.
  • Delete — tick entries and choose Delete to remove them permanently.
  • Clear all feedback — the link under the list deletes everything, active and archived, in one go. You'll be asked to confirm; it can't be undone.

Feedback is private to your business — only you and your team can see it, and it never appears on your public storefront.
